Dr. Susan Bartell

My mission is to help people—young and old recognize that they can have greater control over their emotional health and physical well-being, and can improve the quality of their lives. I achieve this by teaching many ways to master a range of skills in order to successfully meet even their most challenging moments head-on.

My goal is to provide a perspective that allows people to balance life’s demands through healthy coping strategies so they can truly value and enjoy the positive aspects of their lives.

4hg Mission:

The goal of 4healthygirls is to help girls take control of their lives and health; to teach them that there are many different ways to be happy and healthy; to show girls that happiness shouldn’t mean risking one’s health; to help them learn that only you can make yourself healthier, inside and out—and that it happens slowly, one small change at a time.
